Oh they know what they are doing alright Paps! They know that they do not tell the truth, they know they have lost a whole bunch of money on behalf of their shareholders, they know that they have #%$*# and pillaged us all so they can fill their own coffers (pirates come to mind here), they know they have just created another diversion to give them more time to keep going with the #%$*# and pillage for a little bit longer. They know that we all know that they have done this. They know they will never give a &%$# about us all. They know that ASIC don't give &%#$ about what they are doing. They know that they will sell us out sometime soon and tell us it is in the best interest for shareholders because the market for thermal coal is not going to improve in the near term and they know that they have messed this all up because of inept management of shareholder funds by allowing, among many things,adminstration expenses to be as high as they are. They know that they will not be reducing these expenses because there will be no need for adminstration in the not too distant future. They know for certain that they are right in the %&$# and have let us all down big time, but they still don't give a *&%$ about it because they can.

This last announcemnet is nothing more than a desparate attempt to buy more time for themselves to find a way out and avoid potential criminal charges - IMHO.
