1) What IF Canmex says "Yup!" but Range has problems getting the TFG to sign off? With all the pressure being put on by the UIC, you just never know for certain what's going on behind the scenes. And dont feed me the BS about the legalities ..... Still conjecture about which parties can legally commit Puntland to exploration, if a third party wants to front up with a couple hundred $$mil!!

2) Just for you TB ..... You got into you pea like brain that I'm a woman. I guess because I mentioned at one stage that I had a group of kids to look after! You obviously didn't read the follow-up about me being a goat farmer, very profitable ya know!
