If I remember right a few institutions and management hold over 50% of the company so they would need to agree to the takeover and I don't think they would accept as the insto's bought in heavily in the capital raisings in the mid 30's.
I think the only contenders for a takeover are the Chinese, similar to what they did at GDO, but I think they would need to offer over 40c to be successful.
I agree that this company is worth at least 50c now, but in a year or so when we have no debt, I would expect the target price to be even higher.
