I have not fully read this interesting thread but wish to comment. I appreciate the comments from people who have done some " Homework" Who have at least,pondered and maybe possibly read the scriptures and have put some thoughts into the question " Is there a God" I personally think many people hunger to know what is "true" But many people have become disillusioned with religion and became confused with different doctrines and teachings. I personally believe that there is a God.I have no doubt whatsoever. I also believe in some parts of evolution. I have a question, If I threw in the air, paper ,ink and a typewriter is it possible that when they all landed (of course there would be a bolt of lightning) a dictionary would be created. Its is ridiculous to think that it would occur. But many people believe that this is how it all started. I personally believe everyone, deep inside each and everyone of us know of Gods exsistence but many block out these spiritual feelings and promptings for a number of different reasons.
