The court action only becomes frivolous when it's lost. The worst case scenario is no longer company breaking. The best case scenario will deliver a modest rise. The real issue for SP lies with the share register and what the thoughts are of the significant few. The minority retail shareholders need to know our place. It's the crab pot. 3% of our combined holdings were lost last year and that's what happens when you're not being fed.
