18 months on from the court win and 12 months on from a big build in the bank balance and BRL have not been able to come to an agreement with Talleys over the cash build sitting in BT mining accounts.
Obviously guidance over this issue is missing from BT mining constitution.
Talleys got BRL by the balls and always will.....who can blame them given BRL's record.
