Really?? So during this 40 years of your experience you witnessed the "tech wreck" and still believe this. Stocks with zero NPV and zero prospects and zero good news rose to the stratosphere on sentiment alone, not good news. The NASDAQ lost close to 80% of it's value and 95% of these stocks were destroyed in the aftermath once everyone came to their senses.
