There will have to be a lot of support in the number of shareholders to vote him out as the Lynch family controls a large percentage plus support from other holders. There also needs to be a decent replacement to move forward. I feel it would be very difficult for Chris Towsey as this sort of political move could cost him his current role with CTO (think about it in light of who the current board operates)
