We will probably get an update tomorrow (31 March in US as they usually announce the day after we expect) saying ... we have not as yet concluded the DC distribution deal, therefore the Newco deal is also still in play.

I hope I am wrong .. but ... if the deal had been done we would have heard .. and so what's the chance of it being signed and sealed on the last day of the month by which time TZ had said they expected it to be done??? Small chance I reckon.

As usual we will just have to wait. And no guys .. no bets from me .. just my expectetion after following this company for 4 or more years.
