How do we dig that coal up out of the ground? What volume of Oil does the mining industry use? How do we transport that coal by railway to the Coal-fired power station?

The thing about Decentralised Energy is that we can achieve ENORMOUS gains in Energy Efficiency. You cannot do this with Centralised Energy.
