You are exactly right r0tiNeK...I recently posted an article regarding exactly that fact. The cost of getting resources out of the ground is increasing while in many cases grades are falling. This then of course means more ore has to be mined to maintain production targets(hence profitability/efficiency) but fuel costs(deisel) increase dramatically also...its a rock and the hard place scenario. Decentralised power will not help this situation. We cannot yet run our mining ops with this type of power. Great if every home has highly efficient power generation but it won't help the resource industry...to now only Oil can.
