Full disclosure would be a good thing only if it has a positive effect on the SP. We are already down over 20% in just a couple of days. Just a few weeks ago, just after a lack lustre HY report, posters were singing the praises of this company as a long term hold, scoffing at any suggestion that the company's performance was questionable. Hopefully those same people are now eating a bit of humble pie. I thought about selling my holding today at $1.20 but as I have owned many of the shares since 2011, found them emotionally and financially hard to sell. Do I trust management to concoct a convincing rebuttal to the report in time to save the SP for a further plummet? Not really. For shareholders, it should not take a 40 page negative report to force more clarity and openness from the company.
