They did it knowingly, deliberately and repeatedly. At least they also also spun it to their own Board members (can you imagine how duped Fitzpatrick must feel!) and cost a couple them millions.

Ahem. Some of us picked up on the lack of published results before Ceto 5 was even pulled out of the water, and have been nagging about it in the 4 years since.
