Hi Pete,

actually, I have assumed that the aussie and Us dollars remain at parity. The forecast (at least for the next few years) is that the Aussie dollar will weaken with respect to the US dollar. I'm no expert of FX, so I'm just going with the figures I've seen.

As for why doesn't Tony buy at these levels. That question was asked in a post a few days back. Tony said he would be buying all he could if he was allowed to, but he isn't because he is currently involved in confidential negotiations and it would be considered insider trading.
