What you are failing to consider, is the fact that the PFS didn't pay any attention to what was outside Phase 1 of the mining operation. As such, I am sure that any JV partner would do proper due diligence and find out what is outside that Phase 1 first, and then decide what they will do about us.

Don't forget that none of the initial interested parties have walked away from the table. And that, to me, says something.
