Statsman was kind enough to answer this query directly:
" Tony said he would be buying all he could if he was allowed to, but he isn't because he is currently involved in confidential negotiations and it would be considered insider trading."
If you reckon that this is incorrect in any way/have research to prove otherwise, then please do share. I'd love to hear your views.
