I am still surprised by the effort non holders, or at least some, are putting into writing speculative or not fully substantiated negative comments about this company (which I see from the buy orders is well supported at its current level).

Ousia, you have said in a earlier post on this thread "(3) I think there is a better than even chance that the way the China National Gas Tank contract was set up is illegal under new Chinese laws that came into effect late last year."

I think that such views have little credibility unless you are:

1. a lawyer
2. in possession of the facts
3. with proper knowledge of the relevant Chinese legislation, practise and common law.

I welcome you advising whether you are (1) - (3) and if so posting a legal opinion - because that would be helpful.
