One thing in your analysis confuses me ...you ask what if TLW get 19.9% then make a bid??? They HAVE made a bid for all the shares already! And HDR management have said YES. That's the problem IMHO. Still worthe asking the questions though as TLW's success will depend on them achieving the 75% agreement and that will be helped by them buying on market (or their nominees .. ML).

I'm trading OXR and holding a stake for a possible (likely?) takeover .. that's where my energies are being spent at present .. along with OSH.
