Lynas is close to the port and the industrial area has been levelled access is difficult. Hopefully one of the final condition imposed on lynas, better sprinkler and drainage would help drain the site quickly. That recommendation may now be a blessing. Flooding is common in nov to jan due to the prevailing north east monsoon, so hopefully the design would accommodate such annual events, just this time it is worst than normal.
