Being the worst flooding in 30 years, we will see how LAMP stands up.
This may the the excuse the government needed to justify a change of heart and more condition. After all, everyone has the right to adjust their position in the light of reality and any new conditions may be onerous.
On the other hand if there is no impact from this flood then it will strengthen LYC hand in negotiations.
A double edged sword if ever I saw one.
Assume that if LAMP is adversely impacted then you will accept the message from the 'big man upstairs' in relation to your prayers.
