    i dont understand the role of debt collector here, BCS already sign underwritting agreement with MacBank n Citi (i think). Any shortfall, will be subscribe by the underwriters.

    All of you who still hold the BCSCA shares and cant sell them, just to be safe to transfer all your assets to trust or your spouse name.
