Dicko - If velocys are the involved I don't know that they would need to supply the complete GTL plant to the JV or if they would just supply a quantity of FT reactor modules for a Linc designed and built GTL plant. I also don't know what that might mean for overall order lead times or JV GTL plant commissioning date/timeframe.....your guess is as good as mine there.
Having a 4 gasifier commercial site that delivers on specification , on budget and on time would be a major development in the UCG story for Linc though. The success of such a project for Linc Energy is critical to the credibility/risk for other potential customers who are wary of being the first cab off the rank and might be sitting on the fence till such milestones are demonstrated elsewhere. i.e. a successful project may unleash an avalanche of new funded and approved projects based on the success of the first commercial project. I'm sure Bondy would like to think so anyway.....
