I will not be at the AGM - but here is what I want to know from anyone else is attending who can ask
1) Clarify the IDE issue and sales - in Australia / Europe vs USA
- when can sales start outside the trial (I appreciate they cannot market the product directly)
- is how the company anticipates an income stream
2) The Pancreatic cancer trial
- the trial was supposed to start in September - has it started (it is a bit worrisome we havent seen an announcement other than a delay in the start)
- why no announcement of any USA centres, or is it all in place ?
- I suspect the lack of news is accounting for the negative drift in the share price as the market is getting concerned
3) Does the company anticipate utilisation of the delivery methodology (injection of radioactive substance) for liver secondaries to compete with Sirtex, recognising that it may be a more attractive method of delivery and noting that Oncosil's patent includes the same radioactive opportunities (Yttrium). For those who havent seen it - worth looking up the Oncosil patent.
I just get the feeling the company is doing a lot of positioning at present and hopefully that is what is happening rather than stumbling.
