At what point do AVL/VSUN make a decent portion of their workforce redundant if there is a prolonged EPA delay?
If they truthfully "return value to shareholders" they would know most of their workforce would be doing absolutely sweet FA over the last few months and they can't in good conscience rely on investors to prop them up while they wait around.
