Has this prolonged EPA delay everyone has been running off for the last 48 hours actually been stated by the company? Someone was asked to provide it and they didn't.
EPA recommendation to the Minister to approve (post appeal) should happen within 3-4 weeks. I believe it is within 6 weeks after that for the minister to approve. So we are talking 3 months, not worth losing sleep over. Making people redundant (and then rehiring later) is extremely costly. It would have to be a 2 year + delay to be worthwhile.
No current vacancies listed which is the right approach.
