A great book, highly recommend it. The better fx trends kick in after 4:30 PM AEST when London starts. Some good moves during the day here with Japan, but the big boys move currencies in London and New York, and to a lesser extent in Europe.
I often get out of my intra-day AEST positions by 4:30-5 PM becuase the movements in London, Europe and NY can be volatile and massive, particularly on news.
That said, my indices trading is awful at the moment, doing much better with fx on Metatrader.
