    Mpx, I'm laughing a bit because it's happened to me too.

    In these cases, particularly o'night trading where you're not watching the screen religiously, I reckon it's best to "get small" with your positions and set a wide stop.

    If your trade is executed based on plan/indicator that you're comfortable with, let it go and get a good sleep.

    Sounds basic, and probably a bit condescending, but I've found I've become a better trader doing that. I'm still only in my toddler stage of trading, but after reading Schwager's "Market Wizards" book several times, this system is much less stressful.

    Gun traders such as Michael Marcus employ this. It's based on money management and risk. Once it's executed and you're comfortable with the plan and the risk, walk away for a bit.
