why do they have a capital structure where the banks can call the loans when ramp up runs behind schedule? according to the CoC announcement they lost $25M in revenue over 9 months due to ramp up issues. how can that be a company breaker? are the banks playing fair or is the CFO incompetent for agreeing to covenants that give the banks such a free ride. debt funding is not risk free money, but the banks seem to think so and have no hesitation in exercising their options to cash out when it pleases them.
