    My guess is that our 450k seller is in deep doo thanks to a margin call or two post yesterdays DOW fall of 300 points plus todays 120point fall…so he/she most likely has to cough up some $$$$$'s at any price.

    For others though this presents a quality stock buying opportunity on the cheap.
