    Hi Crocfest

The tin price may well have changed, but lending procedures have not. Any lender wants to see at least 50% equity in these projects and what is quite clear is that Kasbah's major shareholders and joint venture partners are not prepared to put in the equity that the company would need to raise.

There is no way around that.

The only other significant point to make is that the company has tin traders and smelters amongst its shareholders and it also has joint venture partners. All of these are active in the tin market, yet so far none of them are prepared to kick in any more money.

Perhaps one or more of them is waiting to the last minute to make an offer, but if they, or someone else, does not come up with a better offer, then the AMR deal seems to be the best/only deal going. Like it or lump it, it's the only way forward at the moment.

And on the plus side, if the shareholders accept the offer, and Pala and us come up with the cash then mining could be underway fairly rapidly.

Are you prepared to kick in more money yourself when the Cap Raising calls for it?
