lol or if... We hope if... However If CNP survives there is so many reasons the current SP doesn't make sense. I think a grade 4 student can see that. I really can't see it going broke. But then I really thought they would sell enough assets to pay their debits at the right price. Strange market atm. Really hit and miss. When you got 24bil of shopping centres it doesn't seem that hard to sell down 1.1 bil of them before september! Even at 10%below book value would have stablized CNP and we would have seen an 40c SP. I dunno wether it was arogrance or A stragic reason they didn't sell enough shopping centres to pay down their debit in time. (Or the banks won't allow it). Im pretty sure their would be buyers at 10 to 15% below valuation especially on the AU centres which values have been inceasing nicely.
