    your introduction to proposed new board members is a big vague. Respected, integrity etc is all peronal opinion- do/have/can they direct a burgeoning resource company? Are they experienced? etc. We dont know if these 3 guys are better than the last, infact I suppose that if this s249d is done again there may be more people putting their hands up for job and you might get neither of the 6?
