10% support CB in calling for the EGM. That doesn't mean that same 10% will necessarily vote for change. Once the EGM has been arranged it will be up to the warring parties to convince shareholders that they deserve to be on the board. Then you and all the other shareholders get to have your say in the vote. Who knows, some of the ones that are supporting CB now may swing the other way once all the details are out there.
