IMO, this sort of announcement and posting should have been made before any actions taken, and there has been plenty of time in the past for a new board to be considered.
Fancy doing this now just as we have found oil, obviously the message is getting out there now about what the Clive Palmers's are missing out on, etc., and the SP is moving positively
IMO, as a CTP shareholder, I have not been given a chance to exert my rights in any form while just one S/H arranges the "transformation" of CTP.
I respect JH and have empathy for him and what he has put together, ie., the biggest portfolio of O & G exploration in the world, and do not want to see him thrown out, .... but, I do not know all the facts or machinations of these types of business.
There is no way in the world I will be voting for any new Board members, as I do not know the suggested ones' intentions, qualifications and affiliations or connections.
We may end up a broken company, especially because of CB's actions and takes it on himself, (and probably guided by JH,) to start throwing paper work and legals around without fully knowing what he is doing.
