Confused.
From my understanding the board appoints / replaces boardmembers.
If the board is removed and Dalton is the only one left can he appoint as CEO or do SHERs.????
Remember a board can sack the CEO who has no jurisdiction over the board.
EGM/AGM are DEMOCRATIC votes for all SHERs to participate in and decide on future of their company.
I expect my vote to count and not to be lied on as per CBs 10% inquisition imposses to do.
Do the other 90% dont count in electing a NEW BOARD or REMOVING the old board.
I want my vote to be counted which ever way I vote as being a SHER in this company and have rights to vote.
