best way to get them back is when they ring say "can you hold on for a sec" then put the phone down and leave them hanging on for ages until they hang up......

by the way last week I phoned telstra to cancel my bigpond broadband account as I thought it was too expensive.....
they then offered me unlimited broadband for the same price as my 400mb price......a saving of $30/month....so I signed for another 12 months....
