The increase is because of stock option.
The sale of 900k (almost 1 mil) of shares may be to pay tax on the 6 millions of OPTIONS issued for the director.
It hits 0.145 now.
I emailed them reminding them of the continuous disclosure obligation under ASX rule; no reply yet.
Can't wait to see what the Mar'14 report (period ending 31 Dec'13) will look like.
