My relisting scenario for Monday

It's my humble opinion, but I ran the following scenario by my broker this morning and got a very non committal reply by him but he did commit to a 9:30m Monday teleconf to discuss further after the announcement is in the market.

My scenario as follows:

1/ the market release will include a definitive statement confirming that the Strategic Economic Zone (SEZ) has been confirmed.

2/ There will be an offer to bring BKT in under the SEZ by way of an acquisition of BKT.

3/ The acquisition with be a shandy of part shares and part cash.

4/ To fund the cash component there is likely to be a capital raising which may include free options as a sweetener.

As I said above, this is my opinion which can only be confirmed by the announcement that accompanies the relisting
