ASX refers to your online report dated 13 December 2017 raising concerns about why OBJ was not allowed
to release an announcement on ASX regarding an award it recently received from Proctor and Gamble.

We also note that proposed release, which OBJ sought to release on 12 December 2017, says the award was
won “at the Kobe Innovation Centre in Japan last week.” (emphasis added). ASX therefore infers that OBJ did
not regard this announcement as requiring immediate disclosure pursuant to its continuous disclosure
obligations, an assessment with which ASX would agree.
