Are these blokes afraid of the ASX or just don't recognise when to seize the moment?

So if OBJ had been proactive & submitted a cleverly worded release in a timely manner to ASX it may have been deemed worthy of official announcement.

That OBJ didn't even try shows a lackadaisical defeatist attitude. FFS at least try. This really needs to change.
