    I'm off to the Debenture meeting today with the expectation of hearing news on sales and possible J/V's in China. Vic is bound to have news stored up to please the debenture holders. He is just back from China today is my guess and the Australian companies testing of Kaocem should be complete by now. Hence my expectation of orders.
    I will be posting this afternoon any news I discover at the meeting.
