I totally agree, let hope the bankers agree as well.
in the long term properties do not depreciate, everyone know this. the bankers syndicate are just heartless thug, taking advantage of centro unfortunate situation.
after this crisis ended, all business should take notice and avoid dealing with finance thugs where possible. the government as bail out the thugs, the thugs in turn drive hard bargain to their once valuable client.
