These current trading levels are nothing short of irrational.

The true worth of this company is well in excess of its current levels, and i think that this will be demonstrated by a significant correction in the new year. As a trust it is in its interest to pay dividends – whether this will be 3 or 6c per share is irrelevant as it will could be a high yielding power play in your portfolio. Please do not take this as a ramp but there is No way after understanding the fundamentals and the true worth of this company that I will sell my stock for anything less than 50c -$1
