Don't disagree with you views, but until CER gains "market confidence" it will not trade at its full value. Investors are not suddenly going to fully believe in CER in the short term, CER will just have to keep ticking the boxes. Reputations are built over a long period of time & restoring it takes time. CER discount to NTA should decrease over time but it still in say 2 years time may only trade at 70-80% of its NTA, not that current buyers will be complaining.
