REIT has fallen enough, i think there will be a rally soon.
properties are brick and mortar. its value are real and not intangible.
companies can go bust because of debt, but a building or home price cannot go to zero.
although REIT stock can go bust because of debt.
There will come a point when properties cannot fall anymore. Otherwise you might as well give away your home for free.
