Dared today to re-enter but just with 10k shares as always a new buy will trigger a huge sell-off. If IO prices recover to a level that allows BCI to make money then the sp could go back to 50c or even higher. But there is still a possibility for shutting down all operations and despite enough cash to pay sh out at these sp level the sp would tank. Time will tell but a huge reward is possible.
