Or if you drink, smoke or take other stimulants.
None of my mates are over 55, some only in their 30s, all very fit, mostly sporty types. All enjoy a bit of occasional recreational intoxication. Consistently, if I count all the people I know that have had it, vaxxed hardly noticing it but unvaxxed getting pretty thumped, not as bad as bird flu but still worse than they had hoped. Incessant coughing, heavy fatigue, and loss of taste and smell.
The younger guys I coach, mid 20s, and the non drinkers, no real issues with inflammation or fatigue. Even the unvaxxed 20 yr olds are mostly asymptomatic, unless they smoke.
All the unjabbed friends are having a bit of remorse for not getting it now, when it is clearly evident that they are getting the full brunt of it. And this is supposedly the mild variant!
I think there's alot of false bravado floating around over this on these threads. If you've been puking razorblades or losing sleep from coughing for a week, it stops being fun, even if you end up just another one of the 99% who recover.
