Long ago he was a run-away cat destined for the gallows. But he turned out to be extremely loving and loyal in his new 'forever' home for the past 12 years. Stares at me when I leave and runs to me when I come home. He recognises the car when I come around the street corner and meets me at the gate.
Any foreign cat or dog that ventures onto the wrong side of the boundary gets chased out prompto. If he's inside and sees another cat or dog in the garden, he immediately races out to deal with the matter.
