Ph2 back end is in operation currently, producing oxides, the plant is modular.
To move past the 11KT run rate the Ph2 front end crack & leach needs to be employed with respective costs. That will not happen until a sufficient volume of the second 11KT can be placed at prices that justify that fixed cost.
Look to demand H2 for that one.
