Even if the COP numbers in the opening post are realistic (I estimate higher), LYC can't be sustainable on Phase 1 and service debt. Timing of Phase 2 still seems a little vague.
I will be well impressed if they repackage debt. I will be less surprised if a huge number of shares are issued at a rock-bottom price. That price will at least provide a number at which to close out shorts.
